Making an order on the DASTI website is easy.
1. Log in to the site or register if you are new to DASTI:

When logging in, enter your email and password and click "Login":
If you are visiting our site for the first time, you need to select the "Create Account" button and register. You will see a form to fill out and click "Create".
Registration is complete. The next step is to enter your data to send orders. To do this, log in to your account, select "Add a new address," and fill out the form.


2. Find the right product.

3. Choose a size. Use a "Virtual fitting room" to pick an accurate size that is right just for you (Manual ho to use Fitting Room you can find here).

4. Click on the desired size and add to cart.

5. Placing an order, please check all the information: the product and its quantity, your contact information, delivery option, payment method, and read the Terms of Use, return and refund policy, and all others.

Then move on to the next step, choosing how to pay for the order. Fill in the payment details to pay for the order.
6. Congratulation! Your order is confirmed!
The system will notify you of successful order and send a confirmation to the specified email address:
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if necessary, the order can be returned in whole or in part within 30 days after your package has been delivered.
Do not use the product you plan to return - it must remain "New" (free of odor, damage, or dirt); save all sewn-in tags, original labels, and packaging.
Please Note: Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of an order being delayed, destination address was incorrect, or shipping service was free.
If you purchased on the marketplace, you could only issue a refund on the same market.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Please initiate your return here.
2. Once your return is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
3. Ship your item to a designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package is received, your return will be completed.
RETURN CONDITIONS *
1. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days after your package has been delivered.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A RETURN?
Items we do not accept back:
- Anything worn, altered, or washed.
- Shoes that are dirty and, specifically to the outsole, scuffed, worn, or returned with missing pieces. (This includes any dirt on the outsole.)
- Items purchased in-store by authorized retailers.
- Items marked FINAL SALE.
- Face Masks.
- Gift Cards.
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. The tracking number and expected delivery day will be sent when your items are fulfilled.
A) Please take a attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
B) Package to Canada and the United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
C) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
D) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
E) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of shipment to US, even possible " not found ".
