Shipping and delivery

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team anytime!
To ensure delivery of the package, we recommend that you do not enter the company's address. If your order has already been filled with the company address, you can contact delivery agent to change the address or to contact our customer service.
Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time (1 Business Day) + Shipping Time
Cut off time is 2PM for orders from Monday to Saturday. 
United States:
FREE USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 (2-5 Business days).
USPS Shipping for Order under $35 is $4.99 (2-5 Business days)
Rest of World: 
We provide shipping through DHL, UPS or USPS. The shipping fee will be based on customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. The tracking number and expected delivery day will be sent when your items are fulfilled.

TIPS FOR SHIPPING

A) Please take a attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.

B) Package to Canada and the United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

C) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.

D) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

E) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of shipment to US, even possible " not found ".
