Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email

How soon will I get my refund?

Just drop off your items at your local post office. You'll get your refund typically 10-14 business days.

What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?

We stand behind all of our products. If your item has arrived defective or flawed, and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, please contact customer service via chat or email.

What if I was shipped the wrong item? 

You can easily initiate an exchange through the portal. Please select the "received wrong item" option, and we will immediately send you a return label and process your exchange. If the item was marked final sale, please contact us at

Please Note: Shipping cost is non-refundable if an order is delayed, destination address was incorrect or shipping service was free.

Can I exchange an item?

No. You will have the option to return an item and buy again.

What items are returnable?

  • Order purchased within the last 30 days
  • Items free of odor, damage or dirt
  • Items with original tags and packaging

What Is Not Accepted As A Return?

Items we do not accept back:

  • Anything worn, altered, or washed. 
  • Shoes that are dirty and, specifically to the outsole, scuffed, worn, or returned with missing pieces. (This includes any dirt on the outsole.)
  • Items purchased in-store by authorized retailers.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE.
  • Face Masks.
  • Gift Cards.

If I purchased DASTI item at an authorized retailer or on Marketplaces, can I return or exchange with cannot issue refunds for other purchases. Please contact the authorized retailer or Marketplaces support for any returns or exchanges.
