Is it easy to return or exchange items?
Once your return is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How soon will I get my refund?
Just drop off your items to your local post office. You'll get your refund typically 10-14 business days.
What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?
We stand behind all of our products. If your item has arrived defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, please contact customer service via chat or email.
What if I was shipped the wrong item?
You can easily initiate an exchange through the portal. Please select the “received wrong item” option and we will immediately send you a return label and process your exchange. If item was marked final sale, please contact us at email@example.com
Please Note: Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of order being delayed, destination address was incorrect or shipping service was free.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Once your order is located, you will have the option to return or exchange an item.
What items are returnable?
- Order purchased within the last 30 days
- Items free of odor, damage or dirt
- Items with original tags and packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original tags.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
If I purchased DASTI item at an authorized retailer or on Marketplaces, can I return or exchange with DASTI.us?
DASTI.us cannot issue refunds for other purchases. Please contact the authorized retailer or Marketplaces support for any returns or exchanges.
